We are currently recruiting for a Leasing Manager to join the head office of Redcliff Metivier Realty Inc. located in downtown Montreal.

As Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for the leasing and marketing of office space for a portfolio of properties located in the Greater Montreal Area and Ottawa. You will contribute to the overall business strategy of the portfolio to ensure that leasing objectives are achieved and that a strong local presence is established.

Ideally, you are a University graduate with a minimum of 3 years related experience in leasing space on behalf of the landlord; are fluently bilingual (written & verbal); possess your real estate license; have strong selling and negotiation skills combined with a solid understanding of the legal and financial aspects of leases; and enjoy working as part of a team.
